Allama Ramzan Toqeer said: government has failed clearly to protect the citizens so they have no legitimacy to remain in power.The Shiite genocide is actually a conspiracy to bilobate the country. Balochistan should immediately be handed over to Army.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - President of Pakistan Shia Ulma Council Khyber Pakhtoon Kha, Allama Ramzan Toqeer has expressed his extreme outrage and grief over the Quetta incident and said: government has failed clearly to protect the citizens so they have no legitimacy to remain in power.The Shiite genocide is actually a conspiracy to bilobate the country. Balochistan should immediately be handed over to Army.

In his issued censure statement, Allama Ramzan Toqeer said, terrorists are targeting innocent people and people are the victims of their barbarism while government is engaged in political Nexus and to lengthen their rule.They are not concerned with people and country's circumstances. He added, the way Shiites are being killed systematically it seems as it is deep conspiracy to bilobate the country. We appeal once again that they immediately stop Shiite genocide, if FC and Balochistan government can't control the situation in province then they should give province in the control of Army. The situation in Balochistan had reached the level that the citizen who comes out of their houses do not believe if they could return home safely.

He said, to Quetta's tragedy every heart is sad and every eye is moist. This big tragedy is enough to open the eyes of rulers. An operation be started in Quetta and outskirts immediately against terrorists and to ensure public safety Military based decisions be taken.

Allama Ramzan Toqeer also condemned the assassination of Dr. Syed Riaz Shah.He demanded the arrest of killers immediately. He said, if the series of killings were attempted to move in Khyber Pakhtoon Kha then we will protest strongly.The outrage of Shiite nation on these killings are intense and if it is not thwarted then entire nation would turn toward Islamabad on the call of Chief of the Shiite Ayatullah Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi.

He demanded that Provincial government investigate the cases of three Shiites on higher level who were killed during the past week and half.And terrorists be brought to end.
